Yes. Most people who bring us something broken are individuals. No company, background, or minimum required.
What does a repair cost?
$160 per hour, billed for the time actually spent and paid after. There is no diagnostic fee and no deposit.
What should I bring?
The laptop or phone it runs on, and the ability to sign in to your accounts. Please do not bring passwords written down; you sign in yourself.
What if it cannot be fixed?
We tell you quickly and show you what would work instead. You pay only for the time spent.
Which tools do you repair?
Any of them. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Copilot, and the business apps with AI built in. We are not tied to any vendor.
