Most AI consulting is sold the same way: a discovery phase, a strategy deck, a roadmap, and then a second contract before anything gets built. The work happens over video calls with people who have never seen your front desk or the spreadsheet that actually runs things.
We do the opposite. You book an hour at the lab. An engineer sits next to you and asks what you wish AI could do for you or your business. Then the same person builds it, into the ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini you already pay for, and you leave with it working. You pay for that hour after it is over. If it takes three hours, you pay for three.
Consulting and engineering are not separate services here, because they are not separate people.
